Yes, you can use your weekend tickets to enter the festival on weekdays. However, you cannot enter on weekends with a weekday ticket. 

Sorry, we do not open during rain, heavy snow, or extreme weather days. We want to protect the lanterns and make sure our guests stay safe as well.

Organized by CPAA, the Hello Panda Festival™ is a winter festival that celebrates the holiday season with a lantern park, entertainment, food, modern art exhibits, interactive games, cultural arts and experiences, and live stage performances. From December to January, Hello Panda will light up New York City in time to celebrate Christmas and the New Year. It is the largest lantern show ever for New York, with over 120 lantern sets displayed at Citi Field in NYC, as well as in Vernon, NJ and Catskill, NY

Unfortunately no, there is no real panda at Hello Panda festival. However, you will be surrounded and have fun with dozens panda lanterns. Also, our mascot panda will walk around the park. Good luck to meet him.

Some, but not all. There are over 20 lantern sets that you can touch and walk through. And over 10 interactive lantern sets like the Dance Floor and Teeterboard that you can play on. For your own safety, please follow the instructions by each lantern.
