Once your order is approved successfully, we send a confirmation email to you containing your tickets and receipts in PDF form. Sometimes these emails will be marked as spam or trash—double check your trash or spam folders in your email account. You can print the tickets at home or save the QR code to your mobile phone. Show staff your code at the entrance to enter the festival.

Yes, you can use your weekend tickets to enter the festival on weekdays. However, you cannot enter on weekends with a weekday ticket. If you already bought a weekday ticket and want to come to the festival on a weekend, you can bring your tickets to our box office and pay to upgrade to weekend tickets.


Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable.


Organized by CPAA, the Hello Panda Festival™ is a winter festival that celebrates the holiday season with a lantern park, entertainment, food, modern art exhibits, interactive games, cultural arts and experiences, and live stage performances. From December to January, Hello Panda will light up New York City in time to celebrate Christmas and the New Year. It is the largest lantern show ever for New York, with over 120 lantern sets displayed at Citi Field in NYC, as well as in Vernon, NJ and Catskill, NY


Unfortunately no, there is no real panda at Hello Panda festival. However, you will be surrounded and have fun with dozens panda lanterns. Also, our mascot panda will walk around the park. Good luck to meet him.


The Hello Panda Festival™ has three locations this year. The main festival is at Citi Field, Queens, NY 11368. The other two are at theWorld Vacation Hotel, 4880 Route 32, Catskill NY12414, and Lake Glenwood, 1733 Route 565, Vernon, NJ 07462. (Click the address to see a map).


The Hello Panda Festival™ provides performances, art exhibits, interactive activities, games, food and drink, unique souvenirs and competitions. There are different themes each week and different activities everyday. Follow @hellopandafest on social media for updates.


Of course! Collaborating with NYC’s The World’s Fare, visitors can enjoy a diverse selection of food and drink from around the world inside a warm, heated dining tent.

Yes, the Hello Panda Festival™ is a pet-friendly event. Pets are allowed in all outdoor areas and must be leashed. You will be held responsible for your pets. Service pets are allowed everywhere in the festival.


Yes! There are themed events and activities every week, including Christmas and New Year’s. Please follow @hellopandafest on social media to stay up-to-date on our upcoming activities.


Yes! Santa Claus is waiting for you in Santaland. You can take pictures with Santa or see our Santa Claus lantern under the Christmas tree.


Sorry, we don’t provide lockers at the festival. Please keep personal belongings with you at all times.


If you lost a personal item in the festival, you can check with Lost & Found at the main entrance or contact us at Info@hellopandafest.com.


Some, but not all. There are over 20 lantern sets that you can touch and walk through. And over 10 interactive lantern sets like the Dance Floor and Teeterboard that you can play on. For your own safety, please follow the instructions by each lantern.


Sorry, we do not open during rain, heavy snow, or extreme weather days. We want to protect the lanterns and make sure our guests stay safe as well.
